After the Revolution of Dignity in 2013 and the beginning of the war in 2014, a team of volunteers was formed to help the Ukrainian army and then take part in reforming the Ukrainian state. Our team has worked on transparency and accountability projects in the areas of anti-corruption, public procurement and finance reform, e-democracy development and human rights protection. For these purposes, in 2016 we created this public non-governmental and non-profit organization.
Our team and our volunteers are experts in the areas of consulting and auditing, analytics, information technology, economics and finance, public administration, law and human rights. The team’s activities are public and accountable to citizens, donors and international partners.
